This bright and spacious two bedrooms one bath suite is conveniently located in the heart of Fairfield surrounded by the beautiful cherry blossom trees, close to Beacon Hill Park and the vibrant Cook Street Village, 5 min away from Fairfield Plaza, Ross Bay Beach and Dallas Rd. Close to bus route number 1 that stops right in front of the house and it is short ride to downtown Victoria. Conveniently located just 5 min walk to both schools – Sir James Douglas and Margaret Jenkins. In a very close proximity to Oak Bay Ave and Oak Bay village, Camosun college, and the Jubilee Hospital. The suite features: private entrance, high ceilings , spacious dining area and separate kitchen, in suite laundry, two bedrooms , updated bathroom, new flooring in the kitchen, dining area and the living area. The living room area opens up to a full size sliding door that opens up to the large and private back yard with a patio picnic table, benches and a hot tub. The back yard is shared by the tenants and the owners. The suite is not furnished however we do have two closets one in the master bedroom and one in the living room. The Kitchen features portable dishwasher and it just had been updated with brand new vinyl windows

The Juliet 1104 has been a terrific place for us to stay over the winter months. The condo is bright with great views of the harbour and very comfortable to live in for extended stays such as ours (4 months). The kitchen is complete and very functional with every utensil, pot and pan, plates, etc. one would ever need. Lots of towels and linens, comfy beds and pillows. Nice touches too with interesting books, DVD's, magazine right in the condo. This is a great location with lots of restaurants all around and a quick walk to the harbour. Radie has been great - very attentive to whatever we requested. We are constantly amazed that she remembers everything - quite a balancing act for a busy professional such as herself. She handles it well and ultimately it is her dedication to doing a job well that takes the experience of staying here over the top.
