My husband and I stayed in the Sunset Suite for 2 weeks in March 2015. The location of the condo is excellent. Downtown and the harbour are all within walking distance. The condo was very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the view from the condo you could watch the Port Angeles ferry arrive and depart. Radie was able to provide us with early check-in and late check-out both were very much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends.

I stayed in the Emperor Suite at the Juliet building for a week and really enjoyed the location. It is extremely accessible and close to amenities downtown. Radie and her team at VRV were great to deal with and made our stay a seamless one! Will plan to stay there again the next time I visit Victoria.

We just finished an eight day stay at the Juliet. What a great vacation! Very hard to leave. We had a unit on the 11th floor and the views are fantastic! Great to watch the weather changes throughout our stay and how quickly it can change. It was also fun watching the different cruise ships come and go during our week. We stayed over an extra day so we could be there for Canada Day. What a great celebration. You Canadians know how to do it! Radie and her staff were great to work with. The building is excellent and beats any hotel stay. Top of the line furnishings; very clean; roomy with even a walk-in closet. We also loved the security of the building. Lobby and elevators were always kept clean as well. Great locations to downtown and some great restaurants. Fantastic breakfast places were Jam and Blue Fox Cafe - both within walking distance. THANK YOU VICTORIA ROYAL VACATIONS - We will definitely be back and also recommend you to friends and family

We found the condo to be very clean and everything in excellent shape and working order. The bed was very comfortable and we especially enjoyed the laundry facilitates that were included. The building security was a lovely bonus. Also the storage sizes and space in closets, kitchen and bathroom were also very nice.

Thank you Radie for contributing to our wonderful vacation at the Juliet. The condo was so beautiful and our view from the 11th floor was spectacular. The first thing we did each morning was open the blinds so we could look at the mountains and the sea. We had an incredible 4 weeks in Victoria and appreciated all the information you provided us. It was nice to have you waiting at the airport and getting us settled in the condo the evening we arrived. We truly felt that the condo was our home away from home. This was a vacation we won't soon forget.

I stayed at four different suites in the Juliette run by VRV. Radie was very accomodating. The suites are very clean, including the washrooms. The cleaning staff pay alot of attention to maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen ware. Radie dealt with parking, keys, payment issues very promptly and answered her cellphone after hours the few times I needed to call her. In total I rented from them for 8 months and would go back again. Radie has very good taste and only buys the higher end of bedding, towels, kitchen appliances. The rooftop patio barbeques is never used, grab a steak and make use of it, awesome views.

My husband and I stayed at this spectacular suite for a few days. It was my birthday present from my half. Upon entering the Emperor's suite I was astonished from the amazing views coming through the floor to ceiling windows in every room. This accommodation was very well stocked. The modern and stylish furniture was well selected and balanced in all of the areas of the suite. Great place to call home away from home - comfortable, very welcoming and relaxing. This corner suite was very bright and warm located on the 11 th floor of the beautiful Juliet building with spectaculars panoramic views all around. A fantastic romantic gateway. We were welcomed by one of the Victoria Royal Vacations Agents who was very pleasant and friendly. She met us at the front entrance of the Juliet building and helped us with our bags, gave us a detail tour of the building and all of the necessary information about the suite. The agent was very resourceful and went over and above to satisfy our requests. Radie was very knowledgeable about the City of Victoria and what kind of places to visit and made some excellent suggestions for local restaurants. We love the Il Terrazzo Italian Restaurant, The Local Kitchen and the Flying Otter Grill, awesome places to find local food. If you would like to surprise your half with something classy and sophisticated visit Vista 18 - the place to go. We love the location because we were within a walking-distance to everything. Just a few blocks away from the Inner Harbor and The Parliaments Buildings, grocery store on our block, coffee shops and restaurants. Amazing local coffee Macchiato located at the bottom of the building. Thank you very much for a great service and amazing time at this beautiful condo. We will be back and would recommend it highly to all of our friends and relatives.

The Juliet 1104 has been a terrific place for us to stay over the winter months. The condo is bright with great views of the harbour and very comfortable to live in for extended stays such as ours (4 months). The kitchen is complete and very functional with every utensil, pot and pan, plates, etc. one would ever need. Lots of towels and linens, comfy beds and pillows. Nice touches too with interesting books, DVD's, magazine right in the condo. This is a great location with lots of restaurants all around and a quick walk to the harbour. Radie has been great - very attentive to whatever we requested. We are constantly amazed that she remembers everything - quite a balancing act for a busy professional such as herself. She handles it well and ultimately it is her dedication to doing a job well that takes the experience of staying here over the top.

The suites are very well maintained, tastefully decorated, and for Juliet 1103 and 1104, the view is spectacular. The building is ideally located in the heart of downtown Victoria. It is within walking distance to major attractions, shopping, excellent dining, and entertainment. We thoroughly enjoyed our mini vacation at the Juliet and the condo was "top notch" in every way! The views from living and bedroom areas are amazing, plus, the location is perfect with easy walking distance to the harbour front as well as numerous restaurants & cafes!
