She has overcome several difficulties with our condo strata council with grace and competence. 2014 was my first year of renting my condo with the services of Victoria Royal Vacations, although I had known its Owner/Director, Radie Stoycheva, for over 10 years. When I realized that my strata required a rental agent in order for me to rent my suite, the first person I thought of was Radie.
As a friend, she has always been someone for whom I had the greatest respect. I’ve been working with Radie Stoycheva and her team at Victoria Royal Vacations since (Fall 2012)  while I’ve been on an extended business trip in the United Kingdom.  I was referred to her agency through a close friend and I must say that my experience has been excellent.  It’s one thing to say that their level of service has been good but it’s more telling to give some examples.  My house has been presented to prospective tenants through various internet portals and Radie along with her team worked hard to showcase fantastically.  Any maintenance issues that have arisen have been dealt with promptly and efficiently.  I had some issues with the satellite television service into the house and once again, largely on her own initiative, Radie sorted this out.  I woke to read an email that there had been a problem but it was solved.  Of course, one of the biggest concerns a landlord has is keeping the property occupied.  Radie and her team have worked tirelessly  to ensure that all my suites have had suitable tenants.  This obviously entails a lot of attention to detail; presenting the property in the right light, vetting applicants, arranging and conducting viewings etc.  All of this has been conducted with the utmost professionalism.  What more could a landlord want?  In short, I’m very happy with the team at Victoria Royal Vacations and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their service.
